All else follows began as a creative studio to house our co-writing projects, but has since expanded into a brand consultancy. We specialize in creative development, copywriting, narrative analysis, screenwriting, and branded entertainment.

Together, we draw on decades of collective experience writing for the screen and working with iconic brands, including Squarespace, Twitter, the Los Angeles Times, Penguin Books, the Grammys, Warner Bros., Nissan Global, Pepsi Co., Grey Goose Vodka, the Seattle Opera, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Adam t. bailey
Adam is a creative director, copywriter, and screenwriter. He is currently a Creative Director at Squarespace and was previously a Director of Twitter’s Creative Studio, where he led internal and external teams to develop and produce cross-channel campaigns and immersive experiences. His commercial work for premier global brands has earned prestigious accolades, including multiple Cannes Lions and D&AD Pencils. In 2021 he was accepted into America’s most esteemed film school – the AFI Conservatory – where he recently graduated with a Master of Fine Arts. ➤ LinkedIn
LUCY Mastrullo
Lucy Mastrullo is a Canadian-Italian writer and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. She recently graduated with an MFA in screenwriting from the prestigious AFI Conservatory and her short film, MIS-ALIGNMENT, premiered at Hollywood’s iconic TCL Chinese Theater in 2023. Prior to dedicating herself to screenwriting, Lucy’s career path took her from Toronto to Seattle to LA, where her creative passions served her well as a literary editor for Penguin Books, strategy director at multiple ad agencies, and copywriter at the LA Times. ➤ LinkedIn
*** Yes, Adam and Lucy attended grad school at the same time. They were the first married couple ever to be individually accepted by the AFI in the same year. It was awesome.
